Elderflower Collins:
1.5 parts Vodka
1 part Lemon Juice
.5 part Elderflower Cordial
5 Parts Soda Water
2 Wheels of Lemon for Garnish
Add all ingredients except forShake in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, strain into a tall Collins glass filled with ice & Betty’s your Aunt.
